- Zucchini

Steps
This recipe follows the basic pattern
- Sautee Onions, Celery, Carrots on medium heat. Cook until fragrant (but don’t caramelize the onions!!)
- Add in Zucchini and garlic, cook until fragrant. Be very careful not to burn the garlic (punishable by death)
- Add in vegetable broth and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil, and then simmer until Zucchini is soft.
- 5 minutes before serving, add beans. Continuing simmering until thoroughly cooked.
